A deposit is charged in addition to the rent and will be returned to the guest after the stay.

The deposit is charged as security for damages to the holiday home and its’ interior, failing or insufficient cleaning, as well as payment for consumed electricity or water/heating (please see Important Information in the presenation of the holiday home).

The deposit is repaid within three weeks of departure, under the condition that the relevant bank information has been given to BORNHOLMTOURS. You can add your bank information to the booking or you can give the information when handling in the key after the stay.

Before repayment of the deposit, the following is deducted:  
1. Consumption of electricity and possibly water or heating (see consumption note).  

2. Payment for possibly failing or insufficient cleaning on departure.
3. Payment for any possibly damages to the holiday home or its’ interior.
